2. Is homework included in the course?
Yes. Homework is provided and included in the price. It’s designed to help you review lessons and improve faster.

3. What learning materials do you use?
We use professional resources from Oxford and Cambridge, trusted worldwide for English learning.

4. Can I cancel or postpone classes after I’ve paid?
No. After schedule confirmation and payment, classes cannot be cancelled or postponed. This ensures groups stay organized and consistent.

5. How are classes conducted?
All lessons are held online through Zoom.

6. How will I get the Zoom link?
Once your registration is confirmed, the Zoom link and password will be sent to you by email.

7. Can I choose my own teacher?
All of our teachers are native English speakers with years of teaching experience. We’ll match you with the best teacher for your level and goals.

8. Do I get a certificate after finishing my course?
Yes. After completing your package, you will receive a certificate of completion from NOA Language Academy.

9. Can I try a class before registering?
Yes! We offer a free 20-minute trial class on Zoom to test your level and let you experience our teaching style.
