Welcome to Noa Academy. By enrolling in our programs or using our website, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept this clear and concise, in true Noa style.

1. Our Services

Noa Academy provides boutique, native-led English language instruction. Our "Stiff-Free" method focuses on natural fluency and communicative competence.

2. Enrollment & Fees

• Commitment: Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment for the specified term.

• Mastery Roadmap: Our 24-class roadmap is designed for optimal progression; consistency is key to seeing the results of the Noa Method.

3. Attendance & Cancellations

• Notice Period: To respect our mentors' schedules, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any lesson rescheduling.

• No-Shows: Classes missed without prior notice may not be eligible for a make-up session.

4. Intellectual Property

All "Proven Materials," curriculum designs, and brand assets (including our Toucan mascot and "Noa Style" syllabus) are the exclusive property of Noa Academy. These materials are provided for personal student use only and may not be reproduced or distributed.

5. Code of Conduct

We maintain a premium, respectful learning environment. Noa Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment if a student or guardian's conduct is deemed disruptive to the learning experience.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we are dedicated to your child's success, language acquisition is a personal journey. Noa Academy does not guarantee specific exam results but guarantees the delivery of high-quality, native-led instruction.
